I found a way to deal with this kind of [[Documentation]]. I dissect all the words and sentences and add questions and answers about them to [[Anki]]. This removes the frustration because I know it will work - it just takes more time. If your sentence is 70% jargon, it's very likely that many of your readers will get frustrated.
In the [[DocOps]] tool [[Vale]] there's something called the [[Flesch–Kincaid readability tests]] and the [[Coleman–Liau index]] that could help identifying these issues.
